My name is Aiman Latif. I have a masters degree in Accountancy. I have over 12 years of experience in Accounting. I am registered tax professional. I had been very unlucky find an accounting job in past few years so decided to start my own bookkeeping business from home but the problem is that I don't even have enough cash to buy a computer, software and other office equipment to start my own business. I also want to a take a course while doing my business that will teach me how to start my business, how to market my business and much more. The total cost of all the courses that I want to take is about $10,000. The total office equipment that I need is about $10,000. Total cost to start a business is about $20,000 and I need a loan for about $25,000 so I can keep about $5,000 in my bank at all times just to be on the safe side. At this time I don't have an extra penny to use towards my business. I know my business would be successful if I have all this money to invest in it because I have all the education and background to do this business. I also have a 16 years old daughter, who can help me with my bookkeeping business. Is there an government loan available for people like me, to start my own business? Also, I lost my house in foreclosure last year because of non-payment (mortgage) and I also had to file bankruptcy. My attorneys who were trying to help me save my property through filing bankruptcy and later on modifying my loan, filed bankruptcy and disappeared. They were a scam. I put $109,000 in that house as a down payment and lost each single penny. My interest rate for the first 4 years was about 11% and later on it went down to about 7% so I paid way too much interest on this house also. I purchased this house in 2004 and it was foreclosed in 2010. My question is, is there any loan program that can help me get on my feet and start my earning and living again. If there is, I would really appreciate the references and links. Please send me an email at aimanlatif@aol.com
